So 5 years ago on the 3rd December, we took a massive leap and bought the pub, it’s been 5 years of challenges but also enjoyment, fun and of course the pleasure maintaining and creating our established Alma family, one thing we have learnt is that you’ll never please everyone in pub life but that’s fine with us as we stand by our beliefs and rules which makes this pub fun, friendly and a safe haven for everyone, do we regret it? Not one bit, do we love the new friends we have made? Absolutely

So we all look forward to seeing you all today from 4pm, Slim and Ginger Lou will be on the decks from 4pm and if you’re lucky there may be a cupcake or two, here’s to the next many, many, many, many years of us at the helm of a beautiful Victorian traditional pub, now with an award winning garden to go along our 5 star rated kitchen…..all of this mixed together helps makes us the soul of Sidcup but this also cannot be done without you all
