Last nights quiz

Last night was all about Mat’s Fun pub quiz, 🤩 the pot started at £1060! Which meant the winning team got a monetary amount for each question they got right, play your cards right was won with the pot going up to £62!
So the next quiz will be on Monday September the 4th at 8pm and the cards pot will be starting at £0.00
Bingo was very tense indeed with 88 balls being called out and only 2 remaining 😳 one team had missed some of their earlier numbers lol so it came down to everyone else needing 1 number! And we had 2 full house winners 🤩
Rock, paper, scissors, Spock and lizard, will it happen? Will it not? Let’s see what mood Mat is in haha, it didn’t lol
The winners were:
7th place, but they had to leave before the final round, Quiz team aquilera 🤩
6th place, which became the new last place, 40 fingers and 10 thumbs and won a rummage each in the sack magique and they also won the first and second line on bingo 🤩
5th place, M@starvation is a touchy subject, or@l sex is a matter of taste and they won the shared full house in bingo 🤩
4th place, The big fact hunters 🤩
3rd place, Harlem quiztrotters and they won a knitted soft toy, Henry the hippo, knitted by Jean from the envelopes 🤩
2nd place, Cock wombles, they won the best team name and won lunch for two from the envelopes 🤩
1st place went to Cupid stunts 🤩 they went for the questions, wouldn’t you for over £1000! and got all the way to question 1! But not past it lol the question that got them was ‘what age was Liam Payne when he first went on to X factor? They said 16, he was 14’ 🤩there is always next week 🤩
So each and every week, unless it’s a bank holiday, the quiz start time is 8pm, £3 each and max team size of 6, do remember that the more you have on your team the better 🤩🤩 it does help if you book a table so we know how many will be coming 🤩 yes we have air con 🥶
